You need :
Soya Chunks / Meal Maker - 1 cup
Water - 3 cups
milk - 1/4 cup
Salt - Pinch
1. Heat milk and water in a sauce pan, till to good rolling boil.
2. Then add soya chunks , cook for a minute and switch off the flame. cover it with tight lid and leave aside for 15 - 20 mins.
3.Drain water and wash them with lots of water. (nearly 3-4 times).
4.Squeeze it to get as much water out of it, with your hands.
5.Now you can use it for various varieties of recipes.
* You can use it as whole.
* For Biryani / for korma cut into half and use it.
* For making cutlets, pulse soya chunks for few times to make it a coarse crumb.
